Gene Bushey, President of ElectriCx QA/QC, began his career in 1989 as a senior electrical operating engineer at a global data center. In 2009, he transitioned to commissioning data centers and discovered a critical gap in the process that led to operational failures and inefficiencies: the lack of comprehensive Level 2 through Level 4 quality inspections before Level 5 Integrated Testing.
Recognizing the impact of these deficiencies, Gene developed a robust inspection program. This initiative led to the founding of ElectriCx QA/QC Partner Inc. in 2015 to address the crucial need for thorough inspections.
Since then, ElectriCx has worked at numerous data centers across the United States. For one client, we have completed inspections at nine different sites, encompassing 45 buildings each with a design capacity of 54 MW and 265 electrical rooms. For another client, we inspected 192 electrical rooms across four sites, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Purpose
The company philosophy of ElectriCx QA-QC Partner Inc. is to serve as an independent entity performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control inspections and commissioning of data centers. ElectriCx QA-QC Partner Inc. offers Factory Witness Testing (Factory Acceptance Testing) of Electrical switchgear, Generators, UPS’s, PDU’s, ATS’s, etc., Quality Assurance/Quality Control of equipment, and verification of all documentation. We also offer the ability to perform torque verifications of bus connections and any current carrying terminations. Ultimately, our service positively impacts the quality of work performed, reducing delays and rework and increasing overall successful commissioning of equipment.
